From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The room we were given exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and space, thanks to Nesrin! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was slightly different each day, which is rare and truly appreciated. The location was perfect for us, everything we needed was nearby. A great find that we’ll definitely keep in mind for our future trips!

Oh where do I start … the location is great, very quiet, which is hard to find in Istanbul. Just across from a very cheap private parking and (400 TRY a day) and 2 mins walk from the metro. The hotel in itself is a jewel. Excellent facilities, very luxurious equipment and extremely friendly staff. I am very grateful to Ramazan who worked at the reception for offering help at every turn and giving us lots of suggestions on what to do and what to see.

We loved our stay at Adelmar! We were able to book two rooms on a short notice and they were kind enough to upgrade one of our rooms for free so we could stay on the same floor. We had a shower mishap on our first day and the lovely manager Nesrin and the guys at the reception desk made us feel at ease and made sure we're okay. Each staff member is incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. They even gave us little presents upon chekout! The food is actually quite good and we didn't find the rooms to be noisy at all. The location is fantastic, barely a 2-minute walk to metro and bus stations and 10-15 min walk to Nisantasi shopping/dining cluster. What a hidden gem, highly recommend!

The staff were amazing. Ramazan took care of us as soon as we landed and made sure we got to the hotel and back to the airport on time and easily. Communication was very clear. All staff were lovely and super helpful, Vahdat and all the staff at the door, breakfast were super kind. The manager personally called me and spoke to me on the last day asking how our stay was. The cleaner was lovely. Rooms were clean and TV had a good collection of channels. Hotel guests were all quiet. Area was good and close to shops and restaurants. The hotel was well looked after from the inside and outside. They also looked after our belongings and all was safe.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and smiling, in general the room is really nice with good working cold AC in summer and a powerful shower. Breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect, nearby osmanbey metro station and groceries.

It was not our first stay at this hotel so we knew what to expect. The lcoation i really good, very close to the underground station. Near by the there many places to eat and plenty of all sorts of shops. The staff was very kind and we were overall pleased with our stay.

It was my first time at in Adelmar Hotel, but it wont be the last. The hotel's location is perfect you have all you need during your trip just next to you. The staff was amazing and specially Mr. Ramadan. They even had the courtesy to upgrade my room without me asking as vacant rooms were available. Rooms are clean and checked on daily basis and the breakfast had an acceptable variaty. Overall it was a 9/10 experience
